We are an independent business built on a foundation of deep technical expertise and long-term client relationships. Our clients don’t change vendors—because we don’t just deliver software, we become an extension of their team.

From our roots in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence to today’s work on cloud-native platforms, AI-assisted automation, and high-volume commerce systems, RiTek has grown alongside the technology landscape while never losing sight of what matters: outcomes that move the business.

Two Decades of Growth

2002

RiTek Solutions Founded

Established in Glen Allen, Virginia, with deep expertise in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and CRM for Fortune 500 clients.

2004–2008

Enterprise Growth

Expanded into Supply Chain and ERP integration work. Developed proprietary analytics methodologies and built a strong Fortune 500 client base.

2008

Analytics Platform Development

Developed a proprietary analytics platform delivering statistical analysis and business intelligence to enterprise clients—predecessor to today’s AI-assisted tooling.

2010

Universal Partnership Begins

Engaged with Universal Studios Hollywood as their commerce technology partner—a relationship that continues and deepens to this day.

2012–2015

K12 Excellence Division

Launched K12 Excellence to bring advanced analytics dashboards to K–12 education. Deployed solutions for Houston ISD and Dallas ISD serving hundreds of educators.

2018–2020

Commerce Platform Expansion

Expanded Universal partnership to Universal Orlando Resort. Built FlexPay microservices, advanced fraud detection, and SAP financial integrations.

2022–2024

Cloud & AI Modernization

Adopted a modern four-pillar technology stack: Enterprise App Dev, Cloud/Data/Integration, Analytics/AI, and Platform Modernization using Azure, Kubernetes, and OpenAI.
